Former SG Warburg executive will succeed Jim Durkin at the helm on August 1

Cenkos Securities, the City of London stockbroker, has appointed Anthony Hotson as its next chief executive.

Hotson will take up the role on August 1 and replace Jim Durkin, according to a statement from the company. Hotson has been a non-executive director at Cenkos since 2012.
