Clayton Dubilier makes five times its money on Jafra

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a US buy-out firm, has made an overall five-fold return on its investment in Jafra, a US cosmetics company, after selling it to Germany's Vorwerk for an estimated $550m (€450m).

Vorwerk, a family-owned company, retained GE Capital Management and Advisors for corporate finance advice.
