Clayton Dubilier targets new fund

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, one of the world's oldest and most successful buyout firms, is looking to start fundraising by the end of the year after undergoing the busiest deal period in its near-30-year history.

The group has agreed deals worth more than $20bn (€14.7bn) in less than two months and is understood to be more than 50% invested from its seventh fund.
