Collapsed China Aviation gets six weeks for rescue plan

The High Court of Singapore has granted a six-week extension to collapsed oil-trading group, China Aviation Oil, to come up with a rescue plan.

The High Court has also allowed the company six months to convene a creditors meeting to consider and approve a scheme of arrangement.
