Coller spends $90m on eighth secondary portfolio

Coller Capital, a secondaries specialist which buys and sells stakes in private equity funds, has acquired a $90m (€74m) portfolio of investments in 22 unquoted companies from Dresdner Bank's institutional restructuring unit.

Dresdner's US-based investment team who ran the $90m portfolio have spun out of the bank as independent managers with Coller Capital as their sole investor.
