Collins Stewart to make €14m from Center Parcs deal

Collins Stewart, the UK broker, will make £9.8m (€14m) for arranging the back-to-back acquisition and flotation of Center Parcs UK, the holiday village company, for £245m.

A spokesman for the broker, led by chief executive Terry Smith, said they will charge a 3.5% arrangement fee and a 0.5% underwriting fee.
