Ex-Dillon Read heads take new boutique overseas

PrinceRidge, the US boutique investment bank founded by the former executives of failed hedge fund Dillon Read Capital Management, has begun a planned push into new markets through an acquisition of a New York-based fixed-income firm.

ICP Capital said in a statement yesterday that it has agreed to transfer its domestic and international capital markets businesses to PrinceRidge Holdings to create an international investment banking boutique in institutional fixed-income markets.
