Crédit Agricole Asset Management has hired David Hammarström to head up its Scandinavian operations in Stockholm, following the recent departure of Anders Abelson.

Hammarström joins from Länsförsäkringar (LF Insurance Group), the Swedish asset management and insurance firm. LF is winding down its in-house asset management operations and has outsourced its mainstream assets to ABN Amro Asset Management.
