Credit Suisse Asset Management, the funds arm of the Swiss bank, has hired a new manager to co-head its UK equities team, and made two additions to the division, as it rebuilds after a series of departures.

The new co-head of the division is Graham Ashby, currently head of UK equities at Sarasin Chiswell, the London-based fund management business majority-owned by Bank Sarasin, the Swiss private bank.
