CSFB boosted by rights issue and credit role

Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) is leading a £72m (€118m) rights issue for Enodis that will be a boost for the bank just days after it was forced to abandon a €1.3bn ($1.1bn) deal for another client.

As well as running the rights issue for Enodis, one of the world's largest food equipment manufacturers, CSFB has replaced Citibank on a number of loans. Enodis has negotiated a £320m credit facility with CSFB and Royal Bank of Scotland, and is also issuing a £100m high-yield bond through the two banks.
