CSFB is global co-ordinator of £800m Michael Page IPO

Credit Suisse First Boston has won the mandate as global co-ordinator of the £800m (€1.25bn) initial public offering of UK-based global recruitment firm Michael Page.

Spherion, a US professional services and consultancy provider, is aiming to sell its 100% stake in Michael Page by the end of the second quarter this year. The anticipated value of the offer is £800m, said a Spherion spokesman.
