Mehmet Dalman, the former head of Commerzbank Global Equities who left last year to set up a hedge fund, has made his first two senior hires. Both are from Dalman's former employer.

Gordon Morrison and John Marsland have joined WMG, Dalman's new asset management business, to establish a series of hedge funds that follow a quantitative strategy.
