Bonuses for investment bankers are set to surge by up to 35% this year as fees have bounced back after a two-year slump.

Dealmakers working in debt underwriting roles are set to see the biggest jump in 2024 bonuses, according to closely-watched predictions from Wall Street compensation consultants Johnson Associates.
