Deutsche Bank wins two Swiss mandates

Deutsche Bank picked up two mandates to sell shares in Lonza as BZ Group, the investment company run by high-profile investor Martin Ebner and ZKB Zürcher Kantonalbank sold their stakes in the Swiss chemical group which together are worth Sfr1.2bn (€820m).

The combined sales of 13.6 million shares were placed at Sfr85 each, a tight discount of only 1.2% to Monday's closing price of Sfr86. The book was four times covered.
