Deutsche drafts in Russian markets quartet

Deutsche Bank has recruited three bankers from rivals and shifted one of its salesmen from London to strengthen its global markets team in Russia as the country's securities industry expands at a rapid pace.

Vladimir Tchkikvadze is joining the German bank from a division of Citi as head of domestic equity sales. Tchkikvadze, who has previously worked at ABN Amro and local Russian bank Renaissance Capital, will report to Ian Colville, Deutsche's head of equity sales for Russia.
