Deutsche Asset Management is mulling raising up to $2 billion to buy second-hand stakes in private equity funds.

The German asset manager's private equity arm is looking at returning to the market with a new secondaries fund in the first quarter of 2018, a person familiar with the matter told FN’s sister publication Private Equity News.
