Deutsche sells software division

Deutsche Bank has sold 51% of its Indian software division, Deutsche Software India, to HCL Technologies, an Indian software company, for cash.

The two companies will be run as a joint venture for three years, after which HCL will acquire the remaining 49% by issuing equity shares to Deutsche.
