Deutsche splits London investment bank teams after Frankfurt virus case

Staff are being moved to a disaster recovery site in Southwark, south London

Deutsche Bank has started to split its London-based investment bank teams following two confirmed cases of the coronavirus in its home German market.

The lender began moving some staff from all parts of its investment bank — from advisory and trading to back office and compliance — to a back-up site in Southwark, south London, this morning, according to a person with knowledge of the plans.
