Skyline AI hopes to shake up the property investment industry using artificial intelligence

The asset management subsidiary of Deutsche Bank has taken a stake in a technology start-up that wants to shake up the property investment industry using artificial intelligence.

DWS has taken a minority stake in Skyline AI, a company formed last year with offices in New York and Tel Aviv. The terms of the deal were not revealed.
