Devon scheme puts £580m up for grabs

Devon County Council Pension Fund is seeking bond and equities managers to run three specialist portfolios worth a total of £580m (€732m), after terminating a contract with Capital International and deciding to outsource its internally managed fixed-income portfolio.

According to an official tender notice, the approximately £2.2bn fund wants to outsource £300m in global fixed income, £100m in global emerging markets equity and £180m in global equity. Consultant bfinance is assisting with the search.
