Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette is launching a drive into the European healthcare sector after poaching two senior corporate financiers from Dresdner Kleinwort Benson.

Gordon Duncan, who was a director and head of healthcare at DrKB, is to join DLJ as a managing director and head of healthcare. David Hawkins, who was a director in the same team at DrKB, is also moving to DLJ as managing director.
