Euronext, one of Europe’s largest exchange operators, is losing its chief executive one year after it launched a successful initial public offering.

Dominique Cerutti, who joined the firm as CEO in 2009 when it was still a part of NYSE Euronext, will take up a chairman and CEO role at consultancy Altran from July 15, the exchange said in a statement late Wednesday.
