DrKW leads £106m bookbuilding for Cobham

Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) has raised £106m (€152.6m) from a share sale for Cobham, the UK aerospace group, as the bank rebuilds its equity capital markets business.

Cobham sold nine million shares at £11.60, a discount of 1.7% to Tuesday night's closing price of £11.80. Shares were trading up slightly at £11.86 at 12:45 GMT Wednesday.
