Dutch dairy trebles GSAM mandate

The pension fund of Campina, a Dutch co-operative dairy firm, has trebled a mandate awarded to Goldman Sachs Asset Management to €1bn ($1.3bn) after the fund manager exceeded performance criteria.

Campina decided to appoint Goldman Sachs as sole manager of all its assets after hiring it 18 months ago to manage a €350m ($445m) fiduciary management mandate covering European equity.
