DZ Bank sells 3.5% of Deutsche Börse

DZ Bank has sold a €130m ($116m) stake in Deutsche Börse at a 6.3% discount to Friday's opening price.

The German bank decided to cut its stake in Deutsche Börse by 3.5% after its holding rose to 4.2% with the combined stakes of DG Bank and GZ Bank, which merged to form DZ Bank earlier this year.
