ECM hires specialist portfolio manager

ECM Asset Management, a credit investor owned by Wells Fargo, has appointed Chris Telfer as specialist portfolio manager. He will trade financials and sovereigns and report to Ross Pamphilon, co-chief investment officer and portfolio manager. Prior to joining ECM, Telfer spent three years as a credit trader at Barclays Capital in London. He started his career at Morgan Stanley working on the convertible bonds desk.
