Electra Partners, a UK-based private equity fund manager, has positioned itself in direct competition with a group of its former colleagues by raising its first fund.
Electra Partners, which traditionally invests on behalf of listed investment trust Electra Private Equity, has closed its own £100m (â¬125m) fundraising, which will enable it to co-invest alongside Electra Private Equity.
