Electra sells out of Italian buy-out firm

Electra Partners Europe, the mid-market buy-out firm, has closed out its original interest in the Italian market by selling its stake in B&S Private Equity Group, the Milanese buy-out house.

A spokeswoman for Electra confirmed the sale of the stake, and said the firms had enjoyed a fruitful association over seven years. The stake in B&S is part of the legacy portfolio from Electra Investment Trust (EIT), of which Electra Partners is manager.
