Emerging markets equities growth to slow

Emerging equity markets fell by more than 6% during November, more than their developed market peers, according to a new report from ratings agency Standard & Poor's, which predicts a lower level of growth in the sector next year.

Markets in developed economies such as those in the US, Japan and some of Europe, fell by 4% in November, in a month that was one of the worst on record for hedge funds and also painful for traditional long-only managers.
