Environment Agency restructures £1bn pension fund

The Environment Agency is looking for a transition manager for £1bn (€1.5bn) of pension fund assets currently managed by Merrill Lynch, Henderson Global Investors, Legal & General and Deutsche Asset Management.

The fund is switching from balanced to specialist management and the new structure will include four specialist equity managers, a specialist active bond manager, one property and one private equity manager.
