Epiris continues Electra exit spree with £70m Allflex sale

London-based private equity manager Epiris has sold Electra Private Equity's remaining minority stake in livestock identification firm Allflex, FN's sister publication Private Equity News reports.

Electra received proceeds of £70.3 million from the sale, a 2% premium to its September 30 valuation. The stake was sold to an undisclosed existing shareholder.
