London-listed video games company Keywords Studios has accepted a £2.2bn offer from a consortium led by EQT.

The Swedish private equity giant has teamed with CPP Investments and Temasek to buy the Dublin-based business, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market.
