Ernst & Young hires experienced banker to head M&A

Ernst & Young's corporate finance business has lured an experienced investment banker to head its mergers and acquisitions business.

Jonathan Franklin, 44, a former head of oil and gas investment banking at Chase Manhattan, has taken on the newly-created role.
