Espeed electronic broking revenue up 17%

Fully electronic broking revenues for Espeed, the electronic and voice brokerage arm of Cantor Fitzgerald, rose 17% in 2002, to $88m (€81.9m) from $75.4m the previous year.

Volumes for electronic broking rose to $6.8 trillion in the fourth quarter of 2002, a 31% increase from the same period in 2001.
