Withdraw your rogue rules or we’ll sue, EU tells UK

Commission gives the UK government an end-of-September deadline to withdraw clauses that break international law

The European Commission, the EU's executive body, said that vice-president Maros Sefcovic had called on the UK government to withdraw new legislation that unilaterally changes the withdrawal agreement secured with the EU "in the shortest time possible and in any case by the end of the month".
