Eureko scraps F&C float for £750m Isis deal

Combined group to relist in the autumn

Eureko, the Dutch insurer, has abandoned plans to float F&C Management and sold the firm to Isis Asset Management, majority-owned by the UK's Friends Provident. The deal is worth around £750m (€1.12bn).

It will create the UK's fourth largest asset manager, with around £120bn of assets.
