Ex-Goldman Sachs analyst and brother charged with insider trading

The brothers allegedly used inside information to profit on equities trading

Britain’s financial watchdog has charged two brothers, one a former Goldman Sachs analyst, the other a lawyer at Clifford Chance, with insider trading.

The Financial Conduct Authority said it had started criminal proceedings for six charges of alleged insider trading against Mohammed Zina and Suhail Zina.
