An alternative fund management firm set up by a former founder of an environmental private equity unit at Man Group has closed its maiden fund

An alternative fund management firm targeting direct investments in energy and environmental assets – set up by a former founder of an environmental private equity unit at Man Group – has closed its maiden fund.

Resonance Asset Management, which was launched last year by Nick Wood, held a £35m first close of its maiden fund which targets investments in wind energy in February, according to the firm.
