Ex-Perella dealmaker launches advisory boutique

As independent advisers continue to grab market share, a former Perella Weinberg executive chooses to set out on his own

A former managing director at Perella Weinberg has started his own advisory boutique, becoming the latest dealmaker to set out on his own.

Guillaume Sarlat, previously a managing director focused on France and financial institutions, has set up Sarlat Advisory. The boutique, which is based in Knightsbridge, will charge clients a retainer for its advisory services.
