Ex-Treasury chief will counsel Switzerland’s Partners Group on so-called impact investments

Former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown is following the well-trodden path from politics to private equity.

Brown, who served in the role from 2007 to 2010, will advise Switzerland’s Partners Group on so-called impact investments, which the firm says can produce measurable social and environmental change as well as financial returns.
