Expert witness row delays Morgan Stanley sex-bias case

The landmark sexual discrimination trial of Morgan Stanley has been delayed to allow the judge to review objections to expert witnesses.

The firm faces claims it denied women promotions and allowed groping and office strip shows. The suit is the first case against a brokerage house brought by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
