F&C fund managers could share at least £40m from IPO

Key employees at F&C Management (F&C), the UK-based fund manager, could make at least £40m (€58.3m) from its flotation from Dutch parent Eureko.

Eureko, the Dutch insurer and asset manager, is expected to float a sizeable minority of F&C which will help value its own initial public offering (IPO).
