F&C's Pacific chief resigns 10 days into new job

Christian Dangerfield has resigned from F&C Asset Management just two weeks after taking over as head of the enlarged Pacific equities desk.

A spokesman for F&C said Dangerfield had resigned for personal reasons. She said that it was not related to the firm's recent merger with Isis Asset Management, a rival fund manager, which has led to a widespread reshuffle of the firm's equities and fixed income desks.
