Interdealer broker Tullett Prebon's acquisition of the voice-broking business at rival Icap has been given the all clear by the UK's main markets regulator.

Tullett Prebon's board of directors said in a statement to the London Stock Exchange on November 15 that the Financial Conduct Authority had approved the deal.
