Ferrans chooses Halifax over Britannic

Douglas Ferrans has accepted the job of asset management chief executive at Halifax, spurning the opportunity to stay in the running for an equivalent position at Britannic Asset Management.

Leslie McIntosh, former Britannic chief operating officer, has taken the position of Britannic Asset Management chief executive. Francis Ghilloni is taking over Ferrans' former job as head of retail and institutional business development.
