Funds house adds to potential succession race by hiring chief executive of BNY Mellon Asset Management

Fidelity Investments is once again shuffling its top management and perhaps bringing more clarity to the company's succession plan.

It is bringing on BNY Mellon executive Ronald O'Hanley and promoting Abigail Johnson to positions just beneath Fidelity chairman and chief executive, Edward Johnson, the Boston company said yesterday.
