Five to split €25m Commerzbank-Dresdner fee pot

The five banks working on Commerzbank’s €9.8bn ($13.9bn) purchase of Dresdner Bank from Allianz are set to share a fee pot of about €25m following the completion of the deal.

Goldman Sachs, which has advised Allianz for over a year on a potential sale of Dresdner Bank, is set to earn the most from the multi-million euro fee windfall, according to German business daily Handelsblatt.
