Former Goldman Sachs CFO Marty Chavez joins investment firm Sixth Street Partners

Chavez has taken on a number of senior roles since retiring from Goldman Sachs in 2019.

Marty Chavez, the former chief financial officer at Goldman Sachs, has joined up with a number of bank alumni at investment firm Sixth Street Partners in a senior role.

Chavez, who has held some of the most senior jobs at Goldman Sachs including chief information officer and co-head of its sales and trading unit, is joining the $50bn investment firm as a senior adviser, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News.
