Former Uber boss Travis Kalanick to launch investment fund

Travis Kalanick, the co-founder and former chief executive of Uber Technologies, said on Wednesday that he is starting a new investment fund, MarketWatchreports.

It a tweet, Kalanick said the theme of the 10100 fund “will be about large-scale job creation, with investments in real estate, ecommerce and emerging innovation in China and India,” and include a non-profit arm focusing on “education and the future of cities”.
