Fortis Investments replaces multi-manager head

Fortis Investments, the funds arm of the Belgo-Dutch banking group in merger talks with ABN Amro, has filled the role of chief investment officer for its multi management division, a position which has been vacant for 10 months.

Fortis has hired Peter Branner, formerly chief investment officer and managing director of Luxembourg-based asset manager Ikano Group, for a similar role.
